Parties and service
This agreement is between Zontroy A.Ş., the operator of matematik.ai (Teknopark Ankara, Türkiye; [email protected]), and the account holder or their legal representative. The platform provides educational content, question practice, AI assistance and tools available to each account type.
Account and security
Keep registration details accurate and current, protect your password and report unauthorized use to [email protected]. Do not register on behalf of another person without authority or access accounts or educational records without permission.
Free membership and paid plans
Creating an account does not purchase a paid subscription or authorize automatic payments. Usage rights depend on the plan assigned to the account. Prices, duration, limits, any renewal terms and applicable cancellation/withdrawal rights must be provided separately before a paid purchase. This agreement does not replace the pre-contract information and distance contract required at checkout.
Educational content and AI
AI responses may contain mistakes; check important results and educational materials. The service does not guarantee examination results or academic success. Use content lawfully and do not upload copyright-infringing material, sensitive personal data or unnecessary personal data belonging to others.
Account closure and rights
Send account closure and support requests to [email protected]. Access may be restricted proportionately in response to misuse or security breaches. Erasure requests are assessed separately under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and access to competent consumer authorities and courts remain unaffected. Material changes will be communicated and renewed acceptance obtained where required.
Student membership
Grade and educational level are used to present appropriate learning content. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for a student under 18. Student performance should be shared only through authorized educational or parent relationships. This declaration alone does not verify guardianship.
Teacher membership
Use the teacher account only for educational activities you are authorized to undertake. Ensure you have authority and have provided necessary notices when adding students or accessing assignment and examination records. Do not disclose unnecessary student information. Membership does not authorize you to provide consent on a student’s behalf.
Parent membership
Request account links and educational tracking only for a child for whom you are a parent or legal guardian. Use their data in their interests and within your authority. A parent account does not automatically grant access to any student’s records; an authorized account link is required.
